Geoff Maher
Geoff started playing Irish Music on Fiddle and Mandolin when he was 13. Over the past few years he has been fortunate enough to play across the United States and the west coast of Ireland. “My favorite part about playing in Dark Moll and other such groups is being able to watch people as they learn and grow. My main goal is to create a friendly environment which fosters creativity, builds confidence, and improves technique, to develop a meaningful product.”
His music is best described as wild and whimsical.
Geoff started playing Tenor Banjo and Bouzouki with Dark Moll in 2004 and appears on our second CD, Animal Tracks. He now focuses his time on his education and living life to the fullest. He can be contacted for gigs, sessions or lessons at lukeysboatsunk@yahoo.com
